Working with individual faculty or departments, I teach inclusivity workshops and guide training in evidence-based techniques for helping students engage with didactic material and learn more effectively.
I offer training for both online and in-person educational spaces. I love working with faculty who want to develop their remote teaching practice to keep online instruction engaging and fun for students without losing important didactic content. For faculty interested in alternative learning paradigms, such as flipped classroom or team-based-learning, I offer individualized and group workshops to develop new or adapted course curricula, to plan and practice new paradigm implementation techniques, and to maximize learning via strategic assessment planning in these alternative course structures.
